PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Bolt controller EB-LCM21 is a module extending the capabilities of the EB-BC244 controller and the EB-BC2201 controller by more complete control and control of transitions equipped with specialized electromagnetic bolts.

This is a more extensive version of the EB-LCM11 controller that can handle more complex locks. Also includes additional inputs and outputs. At the same time, thanks to its own control system it relieves the system and the master controller.

Its basic advantage is the possibility of easy and quick adaptation by the manufacturer to work with different types of bolts. In this way, the system does not have to be informed what type of lock it supports.

The only important information that the controller transmits to the system is the door status (open or closed).

An additional, very important advantage of the EB-LCM21 controllers is the possibility of connecting passages in the so-called airlock * single or double.

In addition, the controller has:

  • Universal input. Its operation depends on the version of the program.
  • FIRE ALM input. used to integrate the door with the fire protection system.
  • This input can also be used, if necessary, as a universal input.
  • Universal output. Its operation depends on the version of the program.
  • May among others serve together with the universal entrance as a second lock connection.
  • Signal diode connector.

Connector LOCK P.SPLYThe connector is used to connect the lock power supply. The maximum value of the lock load is: – 50V AC, 1A – 24V DC, 2A when using locks that require a higher supply voltage or higher power, an additional external relay should be used.
InputsEB-LCM21 is equipped with 2 inputs: – UNI.IN a universal input whose operation depends on the software configuration. It can work in two modes, as a potential-free or voltage-controlled input. The operating mode depends on the JP1 and JP2 jumper settings

– FIRE ALM. fire alarm input intended for cooperation with fire alarm control panels. It can also be used as a universal input. Works only in potential-free mode
